Service Description

The Rooted package of consultation calls is designed to help you build a solid foundation in supporting mental, emotional, physical wellness in pregnancy and postpartum. Our time together is customizable to suit your needs (physiological birth prep, postpartum prep, nutrition consulting, lactation support, newborn care basics, etc.). First, we will identify goals for our time together. Then, we'll dig into building a foundation to help you stay well and vibrant throughout the childbearing continuum. Potential aspects of our work together: - Provide continuity of relationship throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey - Tend to the gaps of current prenatal care (mentally, emotionally, physically) - Support your natural process of instinctual and intuitive responses to pregnancy and labor - Recognize and coach you through discomforts of pregnancy with nutrition and natural modalities - Provide physiology-based information with support in informed decision making - Customize nutrition consultation - Help you understand herbs and/or homeopathy applications in pregnancy and postpartum - Help you plan for and respond to things that may arise in labor - Address fears or concerns before birth - Provide support around birth choices and beyond - Help you prepare children or family members for the birth of the new baby - Create a rite of passage for the expecting family - Customize postpartum preparation and support - Elevate Matrescence (“mother making”) - Recognize postpartum imbalances (mental or physical) and newborn wellness - Conduct breastfeeding consultations, troubleshooting, and support - Offer wisdom around women’s health through the lens of quantum biological physiology - Elevate the role and participation of the father throughout the birth continuum - Be a resource for physiologic parenting: grow, birth, and raise babies in alignment with nature’s design Please book a Free Seedling Session to begin our journey together.
