The INNATE Postpartum Care:
Planning for the Fourth Trimester Course

As a Certified INNATE Practitioner, my lens of family wellness begins with deeply caring for the mother after birth. Many prepare for birth by reading, learning, and carefully organizing a care team. The chapter that follows the pinnacle of birth, is the rest of the journey. The sacred postpartum window is a potent time of healing, bonding, and rebuilding.

“Postpartum Care is a necessity, not a luxury, if we are to THRIVE and not just survive.”

- Rachelle Garcia Seliga (Founder of INNATE Traditions)

The INNATE Postpartum Care: Preparing for the Fourth Trimester Course offers a foundation of understanding pillars of postpartum care along with biological reasoning behind each and how to successfully implement them.
