POSTPARTUM RECIPE KITS

Traditional healing paradigms around the world agree that a new mother must be cared for and nurtured for a full 6 weeks (roughly 40 days) after birth for optimal long-term health (40+ years), and as it turns out, our physiology supports this! Nourishment is one of the main pillars of postpartum care. This includes foods that are warm in temperature, warming to the body, nutrient dense, and easy to digest. The best postpartum foods help support the unique changing nature of the pelvic floor, rapidly shifting hormones, displaced digestive system, crucial immune system, and heightened nutrient needs. Some of these are basic kitchen spices, like cinnamon, and some are less common, like maca, shatavari, blessed thistle, oat straw, red clover, and nettle.

These simple to follow recipe kits make it easy and cost efficient to include some of the best postpartum foods, without even shopping for most! They make a beautiful baby shower gift or
are easy for others to help make for the new mother. They take the guesswork out of meal trains when divided up among friends and family to each plan cook for the recovering mother. All recipes have instructions for adapting to a plant-based diet. Each kits comes beautifully packaged and include recipe cards with instructions, along with any herbs, spices, and grains or legumes needed for that recipe. Organic ingredients are sourced 99% of the time, and kits are assembled to order to stay fresh. Choose from the packages below.
