May include meal prep, breastfeeding counseling, bodywork, caring for baby while mama rests, etc. It's helpful to discuss in-home postpartum care ahead of time (during pregnancy), but it's never too late to reach out for this kind of support. 1 hour session of Prenatal Planning free with this package.
